Hi, my name is Zena-Gabrielle Hailu, or just Zena for short. I am American of Ethiopian and Franco-Canadian heritage currently based in Germany. I founded REALIZE Communication back in 2009 because I wanted to carry my conviction that holistic communication is the catalyst for transformative change out into the world. I have been working as a trainer and facilitator since 2008 and as a coach since 2011. Besides the passion I have for my work, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and improvisational theater.
