Facilitation for me is about accompanying a group as it journeys and co-creates, moving organically from creating options to identifying concrete steps for implementation. My job is to create a respectful space and to present groups with a framework that fits with their respective contexts. The facilitation process then becomes creative and participatory, fostering ownership, and it is always sensitive to intercultural considerations.
